Fighting Sarcopenia with Strength

Have you heard of sarcopenia? Do you know what it is? It’s something I really want you to understand - so today is the day you learn all about it!

I had the pleasure of being a guest on the Wellness Wednesday Podcast with Bonnie Schnautz, ND of B Renewed Wellness Solutions. We had a great discussion regarding the health of our muscles, what we can do to combat sarcopenia and how we can supplement our diet and lifestyle to steer clear of fragility fractures.

This goes for men, too. It happens to everyone, but it’s more prevalent in women.

Before you listen to our brief 26 minute conversation, I want you to ask yourself a few questions:

What does your life look like in 5, 10 or 20 years? What does it feel like? Who are you with and what are you doing?
