Try This Total Body Workout!

Ok, this is an oldie, but a goodie! I filmed this in my basement back in the old quarantine days. Yuck! Those were the WORST! But it helped a lot of people - including ME - and I’m thankful to have been able to offer it during that difficult time. Try it out and let me know how you did!

Target your total body in 28 minutes OR focus on just upper or lower in 14 minutes each!

Not enough for ya? Put your timer on :45/:15 for 2+ rounds. Or increase your weights. Or do it all FOUR times!

Just starting out? Do what you can with GOOD FORM. Not sure about your form? Invest in a few personal training sessions and approach your workouts with confidence. That’s so important! If 3 rounds is too much as you’re adding fitness to your life, only do 1 or 2. Leave your ego at the door and pat yourself on the back for STARTING! Don’t have weights yet? Invest in yourself and your health! Facebook Marketplace has them, Craig’s List, Walmart, Amazon… I promise you it’s worth it!

Do this workout with me or take it to the gym and have at it! It’s yours to do anytime - just workout with purpose, a great attitude and common sense!
